Valentine’s Weekend Update
Arguably the best performance of the day belonged to Brian Kelley whose time of 31:12 won the 55-59 age group. Other age groups results were not yet available. Despite the full official results being unavailable, LRC Racing appeared to finish 8th out of 10 teams with 169 points. Seventh place was 37 points ahead of LRC and 9th place was 30 points back.
In other weekend racing news, LRC Racing’s Hayley Sutter was the overall female winner and fourth place finisher at Kicks ‘N Kisses 5k by the BRIN Racing Series. Hayley’s time of 19:31 established a new course record and was 58 seconds ahead of second place, LRC Racing alum, Addie Hohman. Kicks ‘N Kisses was also the inaugural event for LRC Racing’s philanthropy Good Runners, Better People. The next Good Runners, Better People event will the State Farm Road Race on March 29
