Racing Update

Congratulations to the two newest LRC members who ran their first races for the team this past weekend at the Dam to Dam Half Marathon.  Jacob Kaemmer ran 1:21:43, placing 44th overall and third in his age group. Michelle Paxton also made her debut in 1:26:16, finishing 15th overall and second in her age group.  Hayley Sutter completed the trio as the veteran of the group, finishing in 1:28:23 as the 19th woman and third in her age group.  Full results can be found here.

LRC Racing will be very visible in this Saturday’s Havelock Run 3k/10k.  LRC will have one team in the men’s 10k, women’s 10k and open 3k divisions; a total of 19 runners.  It’s not too late to sign up! For every team that signs up, Pinnacle Bank will donate $50 to charity. If your team is faster/better than the Pinnacle Bank team, they will donate $75/team. It is a great opportunity to raise some money, and you can still sign up here!
