What is your running background? I ran in HS and College and have been running ever since.

What are your future running goals? Win Lincoln Marathon Master’s race; run a marathon in all 50 states.
I can’t run without…? FRIENDS!

How long have you been an LRC-Nebraska member? Since 2011
What excites you the most about being an LRC-Nebraska athlete? I like being on a team again…the opportunity to participate in team events.
What does a typical training week look like for you? Walk us through your daily routine (training related and otherwise): I get up extremely early (before 5am) 4-5 days a week to run. I average 60-70 miles/week with 1-2 days of speed.
We all approach training and racing differently, so tell us what your short-term and long-term goals are with running: Short-term; win the Master’s race in the 2019 Lincoln Marathon. Long-term; Get to a place where I a happy with my accomplishments and retire from marathons (healthy).
Where are your 3 favorite places to do long runs at the moment? Billy Wolf out and around South Point.
After a solid race or long run, what is your favorite meal to demolish and replenish those calories? Please use details and give recommendations! Foofoo Coffee Drinks, large, with whipped cream and anything salty, like Smash Burger French Fries.
Share a crazy training or racing story, or simply an interesting moment in time: When running in CIM a few years ago, we came across some feral chickens. The guy next to me said, “What a bunch of COCKS!”
