What is your running background? Competed in high school cross country and distance track before switching to 400/800 senior year; competed in mid distance at Syracuse University
Favorite distance to run? 800 meters and half/ full marathons
What are your future running goals? Breaking 1:47 in the 800, qualify for the Boston Marathon

What does a typical training week look like for you? Walk us through your daily routine (training related and otherwise): Steady days on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday; Workouts on Tuesday and Friday; Long run on Saturday; Easy or off on Sunday. After a solid race or long run, what is your favorite meal to demolish and replenish those calories? Please use details and give recommendations! Depends on the race but pancakes are the way to go
Share a crazy training or racing story, or simply an interesting moment in time: Racing the 800 at the ACC outdoor meet my junior year, coming to the last 200 meters I was in 6th. I managed to have the best finish up to that point by just barely missing finals by .1 by taking 3rd but my first time in the 1:50s for the 800.
