What are your future running goals? Finishing my first 100 mile, sub 3 marathon
I can’t run without…? My camelback unless I am road racing and water is provided

What excites you the most about being an LRC-Nebraska athlete? Getting to train and race with the best athletes in Nebraska
What does a typical training week look like for you? Walk us through your daily routine (training related and otherwise): Sunday long run, Monday easy run, Tuesday mid distance and/or speed, Wednesday easy run, Thursday mid distance and or speed, Friday easy run, Saturday long run or tempo run depending on what I am training for. I average about 50 to 70 miles per week.
We all approach training and racing differently, so tell us what your short-term and long-term goals are with running: continuing to be competitive in the marathon (have always wanted a sub 3 and also developing my place in the trails/ultra scene as well-would like to finish my first 100 mile race) Long term-transitioning into a disciplined and competitive masters runner when that time comes.
Where are your 3 favorite places to do long runs at the moment? Wabash, Hitchcock, Downtown Omaha into Iowa (over the pedestrian bridge)
After a solid race or long run, what is your favorite meal to demolish and replenish those calories? A cheeseburger and a brownie or cheesecake
Share a crazy training or racing story, or simply an interesting moment in time: I lost my front tooth /temporary crown before the 2010 Omaha half marathon in my cereal that morning and still won the race that day.
