What does a typical training week look like for you?  Walk us through your daily routine (training related and otherwise): Normally 1 long run, one speed or hill work, and short to middle distances between them. I typically run when I get off work around 5pm and then early mornings on the weekends.

We all approach training and racing differently, so tell us what your short-term and long-term goals are with running: Short term is to get back into a normal routine (since I relocated from Omaha to GA), and run a full here in March. Long term I would like to qualify for Boston and continue to drop my PRs.

Where are your 3 favorite places to do long runs at the moment? Being new to the area I live in my options to run are limited. My favorites in Omaha were Wabash, Zorinsky, and the Keystone.

After a solid race or long run, what is your favorite meal to demolish and replenish those calories?  Breakfast at Lisa’s radial café!

Share a crazy training or racing story, or simply an interesting moment in time: The only time (fortunately) I have made a visit to the med-tent. After my first full in Lincoln. I knew something was off during the race but did not know what, it ended up with my blood sugar levels down to a 61.

What book are you currently reading or TV show are you binge watching? Currently binge watching “24.”

You’re the star of a running movie, and the opening scene is you running on a winding dirt road, with a beautiful sunrise.  What song is playing in the background? Not sure, but probably something by Kenney Chesney.
