KU Relays 2016

LRC Racing had three NWU Alum travel to Lawrence, KS to take place in the 2016 Kansas Relays.  All three competed in the 10k and ran extremely tough races.  Michael Rathje (10th OA, 31:22.08) and Ryan Dostal (16th OA, 32:01.64) both ran lifetime PR’s, with Johnny Rutford coming in 13th overall in a time of 31:28.34.  Rutford’s college PR was 30:58.23 at the 2013 Drake Relays.

The Lincoln Half/Full Marathon will take place a week from Sunday (5/1/16) where LRC will have a full starting line!  If you aren’t signed up to run, it’s a fun time to volunteer at and/or spectate!
